Hi, your customer service is great. I like the chair a lot. I have only one issue and it’s with the shoulder air bags. They are not expanding enough to create good pressure on the upper arm and shoulder. The manual says the cover can be removed but I don’t get that or how to do it. Can I put a pad on it to add volume and more pressure?
I also think an opportunity is lost to massage the thighs above the knee. I don’t see this feature on any chairs but would appreciate that especially on the back of the thighs.
The chair works well and has a lot of features which allow it to be customized and comfortable. The chair is a good value for my health.
