OS- Ai Vivo (Duo) 4D + 2D

Very impressed with this chair.

It is a great chair. I’m still in learning mode. It’s sturdy enough. Takes two people to move it. The down side it takes up a lot of space. The heat element doesn’t really make a difference.

Chair is great but the white glove delivery was a rip off. When they got to my home it seem like they never have put one together. I actually had to look up an installation video and show them how to put it together. Other than that everything else was great.

The chair looks great and works great if purchased new. But I believe I received a refurbished chair that the solo delivery guy could not fully assemble, and thus advised me to file a claim. It would also be appropriate to send out an installer who has all of the required assembly product tools, like pliers and a flathead screwdriver🪛. I think that's truly B.S.
