A number of the program functions don't work. Also I often request deep tissue massages when I get them. That said the rollers are actually painful when they are in the thoracic area (to the point I have to lean forward as to not get injured. Then the rollers are only mildly effective in the lumbar region where I need them most. I don't see a way to adjust this. Other than these items the unit seems solidly built.
Overall disappointed. I likely need to look into returning it
